My package showed up late, and the tracking updates were pretty much useless. I kept checking for real info and got basically nothing helpful ?! Definitely frustrating.

I ordered this from TVape and it was easy to figure out and use, so no complaints there. But just a warning if battery life matters to you: it drains way faster than I expected. I’ve had to recharge it the same day a few times, which gets annoying quickly, especially for what it costs. It’s not a terrible device, but I wish I’d known about the battery before buying

I needed a few extra screens and a charger for my vaporizer, and TVape actually had them in stock, which was nice. The prices were reasonable, and I liked that they carry small replacement parts like that since they can be annoying to track down. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t anything too crazy. Overall, a solid experience and I’d order from them again...

This took way longer than it should have, and the whole process felt unnecessarily difficult. I get that things can be busy or complicated sometimes, but at a certain point, it’s just about treating people with a little basic consideration and making things reasonably easy for them.

The box showed up crushed, and there was basically no padding inside to protect anything. For what I paid, it’s frustrating. I’m just tired of having to chase down customer service every time something arrives like this.

I had a good experience using tvape. The site was easy to navigate, and I liked that the products were organized in a way that actually made sense. The filters helped me narrow things down quickly, and checkout was straightforward. I also reached out with a quick question and support basically said something like, “Just use the filters to compare what fits your needs,” which was helpful enough. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few pages loaded a bit slowly on my phone, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, solid site.

It works fine for what I needed, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, my impression is that it feels a bit cheaply made, like it might not hold up super well over time. Overall, it’s okay if you just need something basic.

TVape’s prices seem middle of the road to me. I bought from them once and have checked the site a few other times since, and while some items looked fair, I wouldn’t say everything was the cheapest.
I did feel a little pressured trying to figure out if I was getting a good deal, especially with the bundles, shipping, and sales going on elsewhere. One vaporizer I was looking at ended up being cheaper on another site during a promo, which made the comparison a bit frustrating.
Overall, I don’t think it’s a bad place to shop. I’d still check TVape again, but I’d definitely compare prices first before rushing into buying anything.

Not gonna lie, I ordered from tvape.com because the product page made it seem like the vape came with certain parts and battery info, but what I received was a little different than expected. Support did respond, which I appreciate, but they mostly said the page was correct or that details can change. That didn’t really help much since I bought it based on those details. Shipping was fine, so it wasn’t a total bad experience, but I do think the product info should be clearer and kept up to date. I’d be more careful next time.

I got my vape and it was definitely the real thing — sealed box, and the codes checked out. Shipping was... well, it was a little slower than I expected, but everything arrived fine in the end

Prices were okay. Shipping was fine too, no real issues there. I just expected a little more for what I paid. Not terrible or anything. Just felt a bit underwhelming

The setup was simple overall. I didn’t really have to think too much about it, which was nice because I was kind of expecting to get stuck somewhere, but nope, it just moved along. it was one of those things where you start doing it and then suddenly it’s done

It still works, so I guess it’s not really broken or anything, but somehow that makes it more annoying because I expected it to feel sturdier for longer. Not the worst, just a little disappointing.

I picked up a vaporizer from TVape and, my gut says it just wasn’t worth it. Right away it felt like a letdown. It takes way too long to heat up, and even when I pack the chamber properly, the vapor is still weak. The battery also drains a lot faster than I expected. I tried cleaning it, switching up the temps, and giving it a fair chance, but it still doesn’t hit well. For the price, I really expected a much better experience...
